My professional journey began over 35 years ago in customer service. I evolved in environments where excellence was not optional, but expected: luxury hospitality and aviation. Those years taught me to understand high expectations, anticipate needs, manage with precision and maintain consistent standards, even under pressure. I developed a deep sensitivity to the human experience — the kind that makes a person feel heard, respected and truly understood. When I transitioned into real estate more than 10 years ago, it was not a career change, but a natural continuation. I simply carried forward what I had always done: guide, structure, reassure and build strong relationships. What makes me most proud today is not only the number of transactions completed, but the quality of the relationships built over time. Many clients become referrals — and long-term connections. Some even entrust me with their family’s projects. To me, success is measured in trust.
